RMB Mechanical, LLC (RMB) is a woman, minority, and family-owned HVAC contracting company that provides commercial HVAC installation and air duct cleaning services in St. Louis, Missouri, and its surrounding areas.

Established in 2021, we specialize dependable heating and cooling services. RMB has gained in-depth knowledge and experience performing local and federal procurements. Since our inception, we have successfully completed several projects, all on time and within budget. Our business focuses on working closely with our customers to understand HVAC and Duct Cleaning requirements, and our Team provides high-quality, comprehensive, reliable, and cost-effective services to meet their needs. We consistently evaluate our approach to ensure we are using industry-leading products and the highest of standards. We are committed to excellence in everything we do, which is why our customers continually come to us with their HVAC needs.

Our CEO, Rochelle Bonty, has been in the construction industry for more than 13 years. Through those years, she spent most of her time tackling everyday problems in the field. She saw the need for more women like her in the industry; hence, she decided to start her own company.

Rochelle worked diligently to receive accreditation in her profession, start a business and follow her dream. She currently serves as a board member of SMACNA National Women in Construction, SMACNA St. Louis, and SMACNA RISE Committee, and member of NAWIC.

She's a first generation contractor, first black tradeswoman in St. Louis SMART SMW Local 36, a mentor to apprentices, and advocate for women in the construction industry.
