Next NGA West is a large-scale construction new facility project for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency in St. Louis, Missouri.
This $1.7B project is managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and executed by McCarthy HITT Joint Venture, with oversight by NGA and the U.S. Air Force. The 97-acre project site is located in the historic St. Louis Place neighborhood.
Installed HVAC to ensure data security, adhered to strict access control measures, collaboration, and detailed documentation for a sucessful project on time and in budget.

Urban revitalization effort that consists of multi-use real estate initiative aimed to maximize the efficiency, effectiveness, and impact of the nonprofit sector in St. Louis, MO. It houses 150 apartments, retail storefront, and office space for nonprofit tenants. We played a crucial role installing residential and commercial systems for this versatile rehabilitation project, while also contributing to meeting WBE participation goals.

Soccer Club headquarters, a former warehouse and climbing gym is now a place for the club’s front office and creative staff. I was originally built as a three-story warehouse in 1918, and was later expanded to five floors after a 1921 fire. The building’s original use was to store generators, a vital part of downtown St. Louis industrial manufacturing district.
Installed ductwork, rooftop units and curbs with precision, contributing to the seamless functionality of the mixed-use facility.
Proficiently managed the installation of sound attenuators and air devices, emphasizing a commitment to creating an environment with superior acoustics and air quality.

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Agricultural Innovations sits to accelerate the development of innovations that are needed to improve crop productivity and help smallholder farmers, majority of whom are women , adapt to climate change. We installed ductwork up to 36” of round pipe with proper support, planned duct routes, airtight connections, and ensured stability.

Involved in the transformation of the historical YMCA Building on the National Register of Historic Places. It is a 10-story revival-style building and was originally constructed in 1926 by local architecture firm LaBeaume and Klein. Installers were able to work within an existing framework, requiring meticulous planning and care to avoid damage while replacing systems to improve energy efficiency without compromising the integrity of the building.

Redevelopment of the historic Butler Brothers building in Downtown West St. Louis, MO is a mixed-use complex with 384 apartments, coworking offices, restaurant and bar. This building was constructed in 1906 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The sheer scale of the project, coupled with the need to preserve architectural integrity, reverence for the past and innovation for the future made for a rewarding and epic endeavor.

4 Rooftop Unit Installation
River City Business park is a new mixed -use land development located at 220 Carondelet Commons Boulevard. It is a 725,000 business park consisting of five buildings.
Newly constructed warehouse buildings where we installed four 80/20 make-up air units for heating only with space pressure controls located on the roof. Provide and install four Relief Ventilators, oversaw install gas piping from single meter, and electric unit heaters for the fire pump.

Senior living facility rehab replacing old residential units with energy efficient units along with other facility upgrades. This senior living facility embarked on a renovation project where they replaced aging residential units with energy efficient alternatives. Recognizing the significance of indoor air quality for their aging residents, they aimed to ensure that the air they breathed remained fresh and clean. Our team conducted thorough inspections of both the units and office spaces, revealing elevated levels of dirt and debris, as well as localized instances of microbial growth. We removed and cleaned exhaust, supply, and return systems according to the NADCA standard.
