Rochelle Bonty founded RMB Mechanical with a vision: bring big-project discipline and accountability to every client, regardless of project size. Under her leadership, RMB has grown from a regional HVAC firm into a trusted mechanical contractor on some of St. Louis’s most significant construction projects.
As a board member of SMACNA St. Louis, Rochelle actively shapes industry standards for the sheet metal and HVAC trade — bringing that expertise back to every project RMB touches. Her commitment to mentorship for pre-apprentices and disadvantaged persons, alongside her volunteer work with Building Futures, reflects her belief that a strong company builds a strong community.

Rochelle Bonty built RMB Mechanical from the ground up in St. Louis, Missouri — growing it into a trusted mechanical contracting firm specializing in Commercial HVAC Installation and Duct Cleaning. As a board member of SMACNA St. Louis, she actively shapes industry standards across the region, and her mentorship of pre-apprentices and disadvantaged persons — along with her speaking at the TWBN National Convention — reflects the responsibility she feels toward the communities RMB serves.
